GENERAL INFORMATION

The Whatcom Memorial Day Parade is a favorite community tradition in downtown Bellingham, WA.

Its mission is to remember and honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States Armed Forces.

Thousands of people attend the parade each year and the marketing reaches tens of thousands in the months before the event. Sponsor this year’s parade and expand your business brand awareness here in our community.

SPONSORSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The Whatcom Memorial Day Parade will not accept sponsors that advertise the following:

Political campaigns, special interest groups, personal causes, alcohol or tobacco products of any kind, or any lottery advertisements.

We're focused on accepting sponsors/advertisers that provide commercial goods and services that may be lawfully purchased within Whatcom County.

The Whatcom Memorial Day Parade will select sponsorship package proposals that are deemed most beneficial for the success of the parade.

One of our members will notify potential sponsors of their sponsorship acceptance no later than May 13, 2023 via phone or email. Accepted sponsors will enter into an agreement with the Whatcom Memorial Day Parade Organization and will receive further instructions.

Sponsorship Levels

Gold: $7,500 and above
Silver: $5,000 to $7499
Bronze: $2,000 to $4,999

Gold sponsors will have their logos on social media, website, and on printed marketing material.
Silver sponsors will have their logos only on printed marketing material.
