GENERAL INFORMATION

The Whatcom Memorial Day Parade is a favorite community tradition in downtown Bellingham, WA.

Its mission is to remember and honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States Armed Forces.

Event Hours

Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m

The parade starts at the corner of Alabama & Cornwall and continues south on Cornwall in Bellingham, WA

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

State and local regulations will guide us in providing you the safest environment possible.

For safety reasons, we ask that everyone refrain from throwing any items (i.e., beads, candy, etc.) at parade participants or guests.

Parade marshals, wearing red shirts, will be strategically placed throughout the parade route to assist with any questions or safety concerns.

We recommend that you dress appropriately for our lovely PACNW weather. Additionally, bring plenty of water, snacks, and foldable chairs.
